Heide Hallemeier was educated at Art Academies in Austria and Germany.She operated her own business in Massachusetts for 20 years before pursuing her dream of becoming a watercolorist, learning at workshops from many well known artists. She exhibited in Pennsylvania and throughout New England and has won numerous prizes in juried shows and was accepted to National shows at the Cape Cod Art Association, Rhode Island and New England Watercolor Societies. She is a signature member of the Rhode Island Watercolor
Society, a board member of the Westport Art Group and is affiliated with the Marion Art Center, the Sakonnet Art Network and South Coast Artists. See her work at "Gallery Eleven Fine Art" at 11 State Street, Bristol, RI !
Heide has experience teaching drawing and watercolor at all levels and has served as judge for juried shows.
